These terms govern access to and use of the Breadee platform — the website, the application and the services provided through them. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
The service
Breadee provides software for managing food and beverage operations: cost control, inventory, procurement, suppliers, point of sale, menu management, expenses and payroll, multi-unit operations, reporting and an AI assistant. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan and the modules enabled for your tenant.
Accounts and tenants
- A tenant is created by its owner, who controls its users, roles and operating units.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping credentials confidential.
- Each user must be a real person; accounts must not be shared.
- Owners are responsible for the actions of the users they invite within their tenant.
Subscriptions and billing
The service is offered on subscription plans that vary by modules, user limits and operating-unit limits. Prices, billing periods, trials and any promotional terms are presented at purchase. Cancellation and refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another tenant's data or circumvent access controls.
- Do not use the service to store or transmit unlawful content or malicious code.
- Do not resell, sublicense or misrepresent the service without our written agreement.
- Do not abuse AI features, including attempts to make the assistant act outside its confirmed-action safeguards.
Your data
Your operational business data belongs to you. We process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of the data you and your team record in the platform.
AI assistant
Breadee AI produces analysis and drafted actions from your tenant's data. It is a decision-support tool, not professional advice: outputs may contain errors, and any action it drafts takes effect only after an authorized user previews and confirms it. You remain responsible for business decisions made using the platform.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and performant, but the service is provided “as is” and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We may improve, change or discontinue features; material changes that reduce your subscribed functionality will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the period preceding the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, including abuse of the platform or non-payment.
- On termination, data handling follows the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will give notice through the service or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
