Custom-1 extra usersPlan features and limits shown inside your Breadee account are authoritative — the in-app plan selector always reflects the latest bundles, promotions and currencies.
The short version of how Breadee plans, operating units and activation work.
Each plan is a bundle: a set of modules plus an operating-unit allowance, billed monthly or annually where both terms are offered. You create your account first, then pick and activate the plan from inside Breadee — the price you see on this page is the price you activate.
Any unit with its own books: a branch, a central kitchen, a warehouse or a call center. Every unit keeps isolated stock, costs and reports, while transfers and internal sales flow between them cleanly.
Breadee AI availability depends on your plan. Eligible plans include an AI allowance for the assistant's answers and drafted actions; the exact allowance for your plan is shown in your account.
Yes. You can move between plans from your account's subscription page as your operation grows — your data stays exactly where it is, and limits adjust to the new plan.
Some bundles and promotions are activated with a one-time code issued by the Breadee team — typically negotiated or regional offers. If your plan needs one, you'll be asked for it during activation.
Your data stays yours. Reports export from the app, supported plans include backups, and if you ever leave, our support team will help you take a full copy with you.
One branch or a whole multi-unit group: a quick conversation beats guessing.
