Breadee is sold as a subscription. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds and trials work, so there are no surprises on either side.
Subscriptions and renewal
Plans are billed for the period you select at purchase and renew at the end of each period unless cancelled. The price, billing period and included limits (modules, users, operating units) are shown before you pay.
Trials and promotions
- Where a trial is offered, you can evaluate the service before paying; no refund is due for a trial period itself.
- Promotional codes and discounted periods follow the terms presented with the promotion.
Cancelling
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us.
- Cancellation stops future renewals; the service remains available until the end of the period already paid.
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing period unless stated otherwise.
Refunds
As a general rule, fees already paid for a started billing period are not refunded — the subscription runs to the end of that period instead. We make exceptions in situations such as:
- Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges.
- A billing error on our side.
- A prolonged inability to use the service caused by us, assessed case by case.
- Where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.
How to request a refund
Contact us through the contact page with the tenant name, the charge in question and a short description. We review refund requests promptly and reply with the outcome and, where applicable, the timeline for the funds to return to your payment method.
Your data after cancellation
After a subscription ends, your operational data is handled according to the retention rules in the Privacy Policy, so you have a window to export what you need.
